Envision Technologies provides guaranteed unlimited revisions to every customer. We guarantee that we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the initial design and concept behind the logo remains the same. Revision Turnaround Time is 48 hours.
Envision Technologies wants to ensure 100% customer satisfaction that is why we are offering unlimited free Revisions with every order. The revision policy allows you to improve the initial design brief free of charge as per your choice.
In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special design requirements or not being able to complete your design order because of our own fault, your complete design order amount will be refunded.
In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by Envision Technologies, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial designs completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of the initial designs delivery. For any Special / Combo packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages.
Your refund will request be processed as per the following:

No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, or if a revision is performed on the initial design concept, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
All refund requests should be communicated directly to us via phone or email. Envision Technologies, reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.

Record Maintenance Receiving final files does not mean that we erase your information and work from our data bank. Even after providing you with the final files, we maintain a record of your finalized design. Thus, if you need these final files again in future, we can send them to you. To obtain these files you can make request to us and we will provide you with the final files.
Envision Technologies retains all the right of all logo concepts that you receive during the design process. Once all the changes are done and all the amendments are made thus completing your final designs, you should immediately coordinate with the copyright agencies to transfer the copyrights of logo to your business name and complete the process. The copyrights of the final files are owned by you, we only own rights to the other concepts that you rejected.
